Will there be a pool and a community center?

Yes! The developers will be putting in the pool and community center with a fitness room in the first phase.

How much does it cost to reserve a home site at Bella Terra?

There is a $5,000 deposit for a lot option. It is completely refundable until Bella Terra records. However, once the plat is recorded, the buyer will have 10 business days to confirm and convert their option money into reservation money. The $5,000 option money will be a credit toward the purchase price.

Can I pick any lot I want?

The order of lot choice will be determined by the order in which the option money was received.

Can I bring my own builder?

Bella Terra is a Tradewinds Community and outside builders will not be allowed. Tradewinds has a 26 years building history in the Treasure Valley and a supreme reputation.

Can I fish in the community lake?

Yes!!! The lake will be stocked with blue gill, large mouth bass and sun fish.

What styles of homes will be in Bella Terra?

Bella Terra is a Tuscan inspired community. There will be tile roofs through out the community with plenty of stucco and stone. Wrought iron will also be prevalent.

What is the minimum size for the homes in Bella Terra?

The home sizes range from 2400 square feet up to over 3800 square feet.

How many homes will be in Bella Terra?

There will be 75 homes in Bella Terra.

Can I build a fence around my property?

Yes! Fencing will be allowed but it will conform to the ACC required type of fencing. Black wrought iron, 6 ’ tall or less.

Will the CC&R’s and the ACC Guildelines really be enforced?

Yes! Both the CC&R’s and and ACC Guidelines were written to protect the integrity and the value of the community of Bella Terra. Disregarding either of these documents will not be allowed.
