Will there be a pool and a community center?

Yes! The developers have put in the pool and community center with a fitness room in the first phase.

How much does it cost to option a home site at Bella Terra?

There is a $5,000 earnest money deposit which will be a credit toward the purchase price.

Can I pick any lot I want?

Yes.

Can I bring my own builder?

Yes. The builder will have to follow the ACC Guidelines and the CC & R’s.

What are the Homeowners Association Dues?

The Homeowner Association Dues are $450.00 per quarter and they cover the following:

• Maintaining all the Common Areas & Walkways plus maintaining the Lake
  
• Your Pressurized Irrigation
  
• Maintenance of the Pool and Community Center
  

Can I build a shop or R.V. Garage?

Yes, but it must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.

Can I fish in the community lake?

Absolutely! And enjoy yourself!

When will I be able to begin construction on my new home?

Once you have finalized the plans, it usually takes about two weeks to be issued a building permit from the City of Eagle.

I work from home – can I get high-speed internet access?

Yes! Both Cable One and Qwest are available with high speed internet access or you can use Clearwire.

Can my home design include a basement?

No. We’re sorry. The watertable will not allow it.

What styles of homes are in Bella Terra?

Bella Terra is a Tuscan inspired community with Monier tile roofs throughout the community and plenty of stucco and stone. Wrought iron is also prevalent.

What is the minimum size for the homes in Bella Terra?

The home sizes minimum is 1800 square feet for a single level and 2800 s.f. for a two story.

How many homes will be in Bella Terra?

There will be 75 homes in Bella Terra.

Can I build a fence around my property?

Yes! Fencing is allowed and must conform to the ACC required type of fencing; wrought iron.

Will the CC&R’s and the ACC Guildelines really be enforced?

Yes! Both the CC&R’s and ACC Guidelines were written to protect the integrity and the value of the community of Bella Terra. Disregarding either of these documents will not be allowed.
